What are widgets for? How do I use this function?

I don't know what this is.  Please assist me :)

    Hi,

    Widgets are chunks HTML code that you can insert onto your own page so that RadioTime.com will function on your space. It's simple and you or your site administrator can do it.

    Please review the link following:

    http://inside.radiotime.com/developers/widgets

    Please look on the left of the page and note that there are additional links for widget information. Check your compatibility and use the right one.

    Please be sure to use a compatible widget and check for compatibility issues.
